2 meals in a row that were hits with the family I'm due for a disaster

@Davey1602 no the kids finished all of the shrimp enchiladas and my ma and sister divvied up all the aglio e olio leftovers amongst themselves

@poastoak I ended up grinding 3 lbs of beef short ribs down for burgers and hijacking BiL's fancy pellet smoker and learning a thing or two about the melting point of aluminum

@poastoak I need to get these kids eating more spice. Or their parents do
I made Mexican rice flavored with basic trash pace salsa last night and they were telling me it was too spicy
(They still ate it all HH)
